- Minimum 4 nights stay.
- 30% deposit required to confirm reservations (PayPal/Credit Card).
- I offer check-in and check-out at any time of the day to suite your needs except where I have a previous/subsequent reservation. In this case check-in is after 2pm & check-out before 11am; this allows time for the apartment to be cleaned between reservations.
- Security Deposit u$s 300 to cover damage.

Owner Profile

Inspired by a book on the Patagonian Andes, I first came to Bariloche in 1999 in search of mountains and wilderness. I returned a couple of times before securing a job as a Tour Leader in South America. This was my stepping stone to relocation and I made the move to Argentina in 2005. I have been successfully renting apartments since 2006, most recently this brand new lake view apartment here in Bariloche.
