This ideally-located, downtown Bariloche condo has a rustic, cabin-like feel of a mountainous retreat (Bariloche is a mountain town), but also modern amenities including a Jacuzzi, Mac-mini computer with wifi, a USA VOIP phone, and more. The condo's north facing exposure lends to great lighting and views over the lake, mountains and town.

The condo is within a few blocks of all my favorite restaurants and if you decide to dine in, there is a proper supermarket downstairs and a complete kitchen inside. Choose between down or synthetic bedding when you reserve.

Owner Profile

apartment owner Zach came to South America in search of wild rivers to descend in kayak. He started a small adventure travel business called ATAC Patagonia to fulfill his need for adventure. Looking to house his guests and their demands in town and unable to find hotels at times, Zach decided to buy and outfit an apartment which is the one listed here available for rent. When he isn't on a trip or handing you the keys for his pad, Zach is wandering the hills on skis or mountain bike.

Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation (with credit card). The balance is due one week prior to your arrival. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, we will return 90% of your reservation deposit. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date, we will try to re-rent the property. If it re-rents, we will return 80% of your deposit. If it doesn’t re-rent, you forfeit the deposit. There is no refund for cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date.
