This is a magical cottage, perched above the stunning lake Nahuel Huapi, with some of the most spectacular unobstructed lake views in all of Bariloche. It’s in the charming neighborhood of Villa Campanario, at the entrance to the Peninsula San Pedro, a 5 minute drive to the LlaoLlao resort and the port where you take the boats to Chile, and about 20 minutes to downtown Bariloche. The Casita has 2 bedrooms and 1 very large bathroom, and is surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens.

- Rates are per night, in US Dollars, for the house, including all applicable taxes.
- During spring and fall, there is a 3 night minimum stay. During winter and summer, there is a 5 night minimum stay

Owner Profile

We are a couple from the U.S. and have been living in Bariloche for the past 7 years. We love the water and the cottage is our magical lakefront getaway. We hope you enjoy it, too!

 

Terms

Minimum stay: 

All stays require a five-night minimum during the months of December, January, February, March, July, and August.

During the rest of the year (April, May, June, September, October, and November) there is a three-night minimum.

Payment:

- A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and the 50% balance is due in cash at check-in.
- The deposit of 50% may be made with credit cards via Pay Pal (http://www.paypal.com) or a wire transfer to a U.S. bank account.  Please request wire transfer instructions)
- The balance of 50% is due in cash (USD, Euros, or Argentine Pesos) at check-in.
- A security deposit of US$ 300 will be required in cash at check-in. The deposit will be refunded refunded after inspection at check-out

Refunds:

If you cancel 45 days before your check-in date, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days before your check-in date, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.

Occupancy conditions:

Maximum occupancy is 4 persons (1 queen bed, and 2 twins or 1 queen bed). La Casita is located above the lake, at the top of a heavily forested steep and rocky slope, so guests with children need to be especially attentive. La Casita is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

Maid service: While daily maid service is not included, housekeeping services can be provided at your request for an additional cost.
